Eligibility for Refund / Exchanges

• We do accept returns and refunds for 14 days after the parcel is delivered.
• However, please note there are a couple of rules. We can only accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
• Your request will be accepted within 24 – 48 hours.
• For packages returned or refused, please note that there will be a RM‌20 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
• Returned for any reason will be subject to our precessing fee of 10% of your total purchase amount excluding shipping fees. 
• The processing fee contributes to the cost of processing orders, packaging used, payment gateway, e-commerce provider fees, shipping cost, and providing thoughtful, timely customer service.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it
for the same item, send us an email at info@kawaiishouse.com  and send
your item to:

Exchange are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchanges.

If you are approved, then the new piece / credit will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own
  shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a
  refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for
  your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive
  your returned item
